The ANCHOR project is gradually moving from the planning stage towards the practical implementation of activities at both the local and transnational level.
The third edition of the project newsletter presents the main developments achieved so far, key partnership events and the next steps planned across the different territories of the Danube Region.
Key Highlights from the ANCHOR Partnership
Among the main highlights featured in the third newsletter are the 3rd Partnership Meeting and Steering Committee Meeting in Varaždin, Croatia, the First Year Review, and the first meeting of the Transnational Labour Market Forum.
These activities represent important milestones in the implementation of the project and support stronger coordination and exchange between the ANCHOR partners.
Local Action Plans and Stakeholder Cooperation
The newsletter also presents the progress achieved at the local level, with particular attention to the development of the Local Action Plans (LAPs).
Across the partner territories, activities focus on:
- cooperation with local stakeholders;
- development and refinement of Local Action Plans;
- capacity-building activities;
- preparation for the implementation of the upcoming pilot initiatives.
These actions are helping to transform the results of the planning process into practical measures adapted to local labour market needs.
From Local Cooperation to Concrete Actions in Varna
For BATTI, this stage of the project is particularly important.
The results achieved through cooperation with local stakeholders in Varna are gradually being transformed into concrete activities aimed at strengthening interaction between the labour market, employers, public institutions and different target groups.
This process lays the foundation for the implementation of practical pilot actions designed to improve access to employment and strengthen cooperation between the key actors in the local labour market.
The Next Step: Turning Plans into Action
⚓ The foundations have been laid. The next step is to turn the plans into real action.
The third ANCHOR Newsletter provides further information on the progress achieved by the project partnership, local initiatives across the Danube Region and the upcoming pilot implementation phase.
