About the Training
This training aims to strengthen the capacity of participants involved in technology transfer, innovation, and the commercialization of research outcomes. It is part of the T3N-BSB – Transnational Technology Transfer Network for the Black Sea Basin project, in which BATTI is the official partner for Bulgaria.
Participation is completely free, and the training program includes 8 hours of theoretical online sessions covering the following topics:
- Management and licensing of intellectual property
- Entrepreneurship and launching technology-based startups
- Commercialization of innovation and industry partnerships
- Access to international funding (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, COSME, Eurostars)
- Innovation networks and sustainable TTO practices
The training will be conducted in Bulgarian, with supplementary materials provided in English.

- Technology Transfer Office (TTO) staff
- Representatives of universities, research institutes, clusters and BSOs
Certification
At the end of the training, participants will be invited to take a final online test. Those who score above 90% will receive an international certificate issued by the project partners.
About the Project
The T3N-BSB (BSB00264) project is implemented in partnership between organizations from Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania. It aims to establish a sustainable transnational technology transfer network in the Black Sea region. The project is led by Karadeniz Technical University (Turkey).
BATTI plays a key role in the implementation of training activities in Bulgaria, providing expertise, content, and coordinating the engagement of national stakeholders.
