On 20 June, STEM Exhibition – From Smoke to Wind was held as an inspiring event organised by the Bulgarian Association for Transfer of Technology and Innovation. The initiative was dedicated to science, technology, innovation and environmental awareness among young people.
The exhibition brought together young participants who presented their ideas, models and practical solutions related to important topics such as air pollution, clean air, sustainability and the role of technology in addressing environmental challenges.
Through a STEM-based approach, the participants had the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice, experiment with ideas, work in teams and develop creative solutions to real-life environmental problems. The event demonstrated how important it is to encourage young people to think critically, explore the world around them and look for innovative ways to respond to current challenges.
STEM Exhibition – From Smoke to Wind placed a strong focus on clean air as an essential factor for health, quality of life and a sustainable future. Air pollution is a challenge that affects everyone, and raising awareness among young people is an important step towards building a more active, responsible and environmentally conscious society.
The atmosphere during the event was filled with enthusiasm, curiosity and motivation for positive change. The ideas presented by the participants showed that when science, education, and creativity come together, they can inspire meaningful solutions and highlight the need for a cleaner, more sustainable future.
BATTI congratulates all participants for their energy, creativity and commitment. Their work reminds us that innovation often begins with curiosity, teamwork and the courage to imagine a better world.
The event is part of broader efforts to promote environmental education, youth engagement and innovative thinking in support of cleaner, healthier and more sustainable communities.
