One of the key project results presented in the video is the AIRQUEST online platform, which combines air-quality information from ground-based monitoring stations and satellite sources across the partner countries.

By bringing different data sources together in one digital environment, the platform helps make environmental information more accessible and easier to understand.

Education and Youth Engagement

Education and youth participation are central elements of the AIRQUEST approach.

The promotional video presents several activities designed to make complex scientific topics more engaging and accessible, including:

  • an international exhibition;
  • an educational digital game.

These tools demonstrate how scientific information related to air quality and environmental protection can be transformed into interactive and inspiring learning experiences.

Local Communities and Sustainable Behaviour

The video also presents practical activities involving local communities, environmental initiatives and actions promoting more sustainable behaviour.

Through direct participation, awareness-raising and community engagement, AIRQUEST encourages people to better understand the environmental challenges around them and the role they can play in improving local air quality.

Cross-Border Cooperation for Cleaner Air

Through cooperation between Bulgaria, Romania, Türkiye and Ukraine, AIRQUEST has demonstrated that air pollution does not stop at national borders.

Addressing this challenge therefore requires shared knowledge, reliable data and coordinated action between countries, institutions, experts and local communities.

The project has created opportunities for partners to exchange experience, develop common tools and strengthen cooperation across the Black Sea region.

AIRQUEST Beyond the End of the Project

Although AIRQUEST is approaching its formal conclusion, the tools, educational resources and key messages developed through the project will remain available.
