BATTI presents a new informational video dedicated to the pilot activities implemented in the field of air transport within the international DANOVA NEXT project.
The video demonstrates how practical solutions, innovative services, and improvements to the transport environment can make air travel more accessible, safe, and comfortable for persons with disabilities and passengers with reduced mobility.
The pilot activities were developed in cooperation with airports, experts, and organisations representing people with different types of disabilities. Particular attention was given to passengers’ real needs and to the potential for transferring the tested solutions to other transport facilities.
DANOVA NEXT aims to improve the accessibility of air, water, and urban public transport in the Danube Region through innovative services, accessible digital information, and cooperation among transport operators. The project brings together 16 partners and two associated organisations from 11 countries, including five airports.
