On 23 September 2025, project partners gathered at the University of Pécs for their first in-person meeting, marking an important milestone in the project’s collaborative journey.

The meeting brought together representatives from across the partnership to review activities and outputs from the first project period, plan the upcoming tasks in the second period, and address management and reporting issues.

  • Most Country Reports (D.1.2) have been delivered.
  • The Transnational Catalogues (D.1.1.4) are expected by 6 October.

Looking Ahead to Period 2
Planning is already underway for the project’s two study tours:

  • Slovenia, 2–3 December 2025
  • Austria, 10–11 March 2026

Each tour will host up to 50 participants. A Google form will soon be circulated to collect participant data from partners, and the final programme for Slovenia will be ready by 15 October.

DEX IC presented the framework for identifying and sharing good practices. This includes the creation of intersectoral working groups in six partner countries, the printing of 100 copies of a multilingual summary catalogue, and the organisation of six national-level workshops per country.

Efficient Management and Reporting
Krisztina Fertői-Héra introduced the workflow for the next period, ensuring effective coordination, quality assurance, and transparent reporting. Partners also agreed to continue with monthly online meetings, and activity leaders will prepare concept notes before the next online session on 14 October.

Moving Forward
The first in-person partner meeting showcased the project’s strong collaboration and commitment to achieving its goals. With the next steps clearly outlined and deadlines agreed, the partnership is set to move confidently into the second period of activities.
