On 20 November 2025, partners of our transnational project convened in Bratislava to review progress, evaluate pilot activities, and plan upcoming steps to enhance accessibility in transport. The meeting brought together representatives from all partner organisations.

Key discussions included:

  • Management & Financial Reporting: Partners reviewed spending forecasts for the 4th project period (July–December 2025) and confirmed deadlines for budget modifications.

  • APP Development & User Feedback: Updates on Activity 2.3 and 2.4 highlighted improvements based on user audits and workshops. Over 123 participants contributed to local workshops, with 189 online survey responses providing valuable insight, a clear procedure for onboarding other partners after the project will be provided.

  • Pilot Implementation: Transport partners shared updates on equipment procurement, training, and integration of the “Your Accessible Flight” APP. All pilots are on track to finalise testing and evaluation by April 2026.

  • Evaluation & Clustering Activities: Local Forums and Transnational Online Labs are scheduled to engage stakeholders, ensuring knowledge transfer and replication of best practices.

  • Communication & Social Media: Partners will launch a targeted campaign across social media channels to promote the APP, featuring teaser posts and highlights of its features.

The project continues to advance toward its goal of creating inclusive transport solutions. Final deliverables, including the Replication Package, pilot evaluations, and Local Action Plans, are expected by mid-2026.
