The 3rd Management Meeting of the project AirQuest “Know What You Breathe: Mobilizing Communities for Air Quality in the Black Sea Basin” took place in Trabzon, Türkiye, on May 15–16, 2025. The meeting brought together project partners from Türkiye, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Romania to review progress and coordinate next steps in promoting air quality awareness across the Black Sea Basin.

Partners reviewed the implementation of the air quality monitoring system and discussed how it will feed into the development of a digital game scenario and mobile application aimed at raising public awareness.

Day 2: Review and Field Visit
The second day began with a session to review the outcomes of Day 1, discuss reporting challenges, and align on next steps. Feedback was shared on project implementation and ideas for improving collaboration were discussed.
In the afternoon, participants visited Altındere National Park to observe biodiversity and air quality. Field visits included locations such as the industrial zone, port area, coastal road, and a local tea factory, offering direct insights into urban pollution sources in the region.
Conclusions
Partners agreed to maintain active communication, address any financial and technical issues efficiently, and ensure all project activities remain on schedule.
They also requested the Lead Partner to prepare a concise guide for reporting, outlining what each partner should include in future reports.
