On July 30th, 2023, BATTI successfully organized the first Multiplier Event of the SIBILA project in Varna. The event brought together representatives from the furniture industry to explore opportunities for innovation and social inclusion within the sector.
Venue and Participants
The event took place at Karin Dom, a well-known local institution providing support for children with disabilities and their families. The choice of this venue added a meaningful social element that aligned with the project’s goals. A total of 20 participants, primarily from Mebeli Videnov, were invited through active outreach efforts, including visits to local furniture stores like Yavorov, Videnov, Aiko, and others.
Event Highlights
The event began with presentations on BATTI and the SIBILA project. Special emphasis was placed on the e-learning platform developed as part of the project. Participants had the opportunity to learn how to register, explore the diagnostic tools, and take advantage of the platform’s features.
Feedback and Outcomes
At the end of the event, participants were invited to complete a survey via a QR code to provide their feedback and suggestions. Most attendees shared positive impressions and expressed interest in completing the e-learning courses offered through the platform.
