On 2 December 2025, partners of the PATHS project gathered in Maribor, Slovenia, for a dynamic and collaborative partner meeting hosted by Academia at their premises in the city centre. The event marked a key milestone in the project’s second implementation period, offering an opportunity to reflect on progress, reinforce cooperation, and plan the next steps.

Representatives from all partner organisations took part in the meeting, fostering an open and constructive atmosphere from the outset. The gathering provided valuable space for partners to reconnect, exchange insights from their respective roles, and align their views on the overall direction of the project. This shared engagement once again demonstrated the strength of the PATHS consortium and the common commitment to its objectives.

The discussions focused on reviewing the project’s current status and ensuring strong coherence between activities and planned deliverables. Rather than concentrating on technical details, partners adopted a strategic, big-picture perspective, examining how different work packages complement each other, assessing achievements to date, and identifying opportunities for enhanced collaboration in the coming months.

A significant part of the agenda was dedicated to looking ahead. Partners discussed upcoming milestones, coordination needs, and communication activities for the next phase of the project. These forward-looking conversations were essential for maintaining momentum and ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of PATHS.
