On 6 – 7 November 2025, the food logistics hub in Montpellier hosted the fifth monitoring committee meeting of the Euro-Med GARDEN project. The event brought together representatives of 15 organisations from nine countries and focused on key topics such as reducing the environmental footprint of urban food logistics, developing short food supply chains, and strengthening food solidarity in urban contexts.
The videos presented and promoted here offer an in-depth and visual insight into the current state, organisation, and development of the Montpellier food hub. Through footage of the hub’s infrastructure, shared collection and delivery routes, partner working sessions, and the involvement of food solidarity organisations, the videos illustrate the hub’s role within the local food strategy and the practical implementation of sustainable logistics models that connect local production, professionalised logistics, and the principles of food democracy.
