On October 16, 2025, the Bulgarian Association for Technology Transfer and Innovation (BATTI) hosted a special event dedicated to testing the Danova NEXT digital platform – an innovative web tool designed to promote access to information and services for people with various special needs.

The demonstration took place at the Centre for the Blind in Varna in partnership with the Union of the Blind in Bulgaria, where visually impaired participants had the opportunity to test the platform and share their impressions of its usability and accessibility features.

A Platform Designed for Everyone

Danova NEXT stands out for its universal accessibility, carefully designed for users with reduced mobility, visual, or hearing impairments. Its interface is compatible with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and adaptive scaling.
Participants noted the platform’s simple, intuitive design, which allows for easy navigation and comfortable use across all types of devices – computers, tablets, and smartphones.
